Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application to, booking of, and participation in The Naari Network Retreat (the "Retreat"), organized by Adya Agarwal, operating as The Naari Network ("we," "us," "our"), and your use of thenaarinetwork.com (the "Site"). By submitting an application, making a payment, or attending the Retreat, you ("you," "participant") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Retreat

The Naari Network Retreat is a 5-day, curated retreat for up to 15 women founders, held at a private villa in Goa, India, priced at ₹55,000 per participant. This fee includes:

• Accommodation
• Meals
• Sessions
• A personal photo shoot

Travel to and from Goa is not included and is the participant's responsibility. Program content, facilitators, venue details, and schedule may be refined by us as needed to improve the experience, provided the overall nature of the Retreat is not materially changed.

2. Eligibility & Application

• The Retreat is intended for women founders/business owners. We reserve the right to review applications and accept or decline any applicant at our sole discretion, without obligation to give reasons.
• Only 15 spots are available per cohort; a submitted application does not guarantee a seat until payment is confirmed and a spot is formally allotted.
• You confirm that all information provided in your application is accurate and complete.

3. Booking & Payment

• A seat is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Payments can be made via Razorpay, NEFT/bank transfer, cash, or cheque. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future cohorts; the price you were quoted and paid applies to your confirmed booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days or less before the Retreat start date are converted into credit toward a future cohort. No cash refund is issued for participant-initiated cancellations within this window.
• No-shows on the day of the Retreat are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• If we cancel or postpone the Retreat for any reason (including insufficient enrollment), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

5. Transfers & Substitutions

Transfers of your spot to another individual, and substitutions of participants, are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel to and from Goa. Accommodation for the duration of the Retreat is provided at the private villa as part of the program fee. Any additional nights, extensions, or personal expenses are the participant's responsibility.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Treat fellow participants, facilitators, staff, and venue personnel with respect
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Follow venue rules and any safety instructions given during the Retreat

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Retreat without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, unsafe, or disruptive to the group.

8. Health, Safety & Liability

• Participation in the Retreat, including any physical, wellness, or outdoor activities, is voluntary. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs at the time of booking so we can make reasonable accommodations.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adya Agarwal / The Naari Network is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from your participation in the Retreat, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• We strongly recommend participants arrange their own travel and health insurance for the duration of the Retreat.

9. Content, Photo Shoot & Media Release

The Retreat includes a personal photo shoot for each participant. By attending, you grant The Naari Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use photographs, videos, and testimonials captured during the Retreat for promotional and marketing purposes across our website, social media, and other channels, unless you notify us in writing prior to the Retreat that you wish to opt out.

Any content, frameworks, or materials created by us and shared during the Retreat (e.g., founder story frameworks, content systems, templates) remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal/business purposes but may not resell, republish, or redistribute them commercially without our written permission.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemics, or venue unavailability. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives as outlined in Section 4.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will govern your participation, except where updates are required by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Retreat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Goa.
